Plumbing:

• Main focus was to replace the pumbing in the basement which included a new shower and installing PEX (plastic tubing) water lines. 
• Installed a new GE Hybrid Hot Water heater.  Annual electricity cost are $170 vs $600 for a regular electric hot water heater. 

Electricial:

• Purchasd a used Samsung smooth surface stove ($250)for the basement kitchen.
• Installed two NEST thermostats and can control heating over the internet.  So far the two heat pumps are keeping the church at 62 degrees when we are there. 

Leveling the Main Floor:

• Ordered 80 pieces of 2x10x14 lumber from a local saw mill to level the floor joists.  Currently the main floor slopes 7 inches from back to front (stadium seating). 
• Huge effort to remove the maple hardwood flooring , the sub-floor planks, then sister the floor joist to level them, and then reinstall the sub-flor planks, and maple hardwood.
