1971 Lotus Elan Project:

Car setup with a custom designed and built fuel injection system to replace the carburetors. Unfortunately, the setup was too complicated for me to maintain.

I always wanted to build an electric car - this was a perfect candidate.

Plan to use a 120hp electric motor with 5 Tesla S battery modules (2 batteries in the front and 3 in the trunk area).

My buddy LJ Dennis is making this all possible with his design and fabrication skills. LJ is 86 year old mechanic and former dirt track racer.
